From SKU to Storefront Without Rework

We start with your product data. You send a SKU list, variant matrix, key attributes and any marketplace rules. We convert that into a shot plan covering hero angles, details, scale, variants and 360 where useful. Capture runs tethered in Capture One, linked to SKU naming, with colour-managed lighting and references on set. Post-production delivers clean backgrounds, consistent ratios and tight cropping for thumbnails and category tiles.

Export packs include WebP and AVIF plus JPEG fallbacks, sRGB colour, and multiple sizes mapped to your theme breakpoints. Filenames follow SKU conventions for easy import into Shopify, WooCommerce or BigCommerce. We embed product codes in metadata, supply alt-text suggestions from your attributes, and provide a manifest for bulk uploads. Content lands in your DAM or a shared drive with clear foldering by SKU, set and use-case.

Complex Products Handled Properly

Challenging items need specific control. We handle high-gloss metals with cross-polarised lighting to tame glare. Glass and clear plastics use gradient lighting, flags and black lines for edge definition. Small parts get macro capture with focus stacking for full depth. Soft goods are steamed, filled or styled to show structure without misrepresenting fit. For bulky or installed products, we bring a mobile studio to your site with frames, scrims and background sweeps sized to the item. Safety is covered with PPE, on-site inductions and public liability. 360 spins use a calibrated turntable and consistent lighting, delivered via a lightweight viewer that drops into your product page. Where prototypes exist only as CAD, we create 3D renders matched to final finishes, then replace with photography once units arrive.

Marketplace and Compliance Ready Assets

We produce images that pass common platform checks the first time. Primary images on pure white (RGB 255) with subject fill close to 85 percent of frame where required. Minimum long-edge sizes for zoom features are met, with sRGB colour and no watermarks or borders. We align to GS1 product image guidelines for omnichannel use, including angle conventions and pack vs contents clarity. File naming locks to SKU and variant codes, and XMP metadata carries product references for asset tracking. Deliverables include image sitemaps or manifests for bulk import, plus alt-text suggestions mapped from your attributes. We also configure 360 and video snippets to work cleanly in Shopify, WooCommerce and BigCommerce themes. If you run Google Merchant Center, we format images to feed rules to reduce disapprovals.
