We coordinate access windows, hot works and power downs, and we keep crew footprints small to reduce disruption. Drone work is done by CASA‑licensed pilots under ReOC with location assessments, airspace checks and neighbour notifications if required.

Audio and lighting setups are designed for noisy, reflective spaces. We manage radio interference, trip hazards and exclusion zones. Where filming near the public, we secure permits and signage.
