We start with a systems map. What creates the product record, where is the source of truth, and which system updates what. Then we lock down event flows for products, variants, customers, stock, orders, shipments, invoices and RMAs.

Build detail matters. We use webhooks where possible, fall back to polling with rate limits where needed, and design idempotent calls with retries and dead-letter queues. Every sync gets an audit log and alerts. Stock can update event-by-event or on a tight schedule. We handle pagination, throttling, and timezone issues so totals line up.

Field mapping is precise: SKU vs Item Code, UOM, kits and BOMs, batch and serial tracking, GST inclusive or exclusive, and rounding rules. Order routing uses rules like postcode, weight, item flags and available stock. Exceptions are quarantined with clear messages so your team can fix them fast.

We connect storefronts and sales channels to ERPs such as NetSuite, MYOB Advanced, Pronto Xi, SAP Business One and Dynamics 365 Business Central, and to inventory systems like Cin7 Core and Omni or Unleashed. Product masters stay in one place. Attributes, variants, kits and BOMs publish downstream with clean IDs. Customer groups and price tiers sync so buyers see the right ex GST or inc GST pricing and discounts.

On-account checkout can respect credit limits and terms. Sales orders, fulfilment updates and invoices post back with proper tax treatment, rounding and freight mapping. Multi-warehouse stock, bin-level rules, serials and lots are supported. Typical builds include custom apps for Shopify or WooCommerce to surface ERP price lists, hide out-of-area SKUs, or enable backorder messaging based on ERP lead times. The goal is simple: what finance sees is what operations shipped and what customers saw online.


From order drop to SSCC labels with clear exceptions

3PL and WMS integration that keeps orders moving

We integrate WMS platforms such as CartonCloud, Peoplevox and Microlistics, and connect to 3PLs via API, EDI or SFTP. Orders arrive with the details pickers need: item barcodes, pack rules, carton types, authority to leave and delivery instructions. We generate ASNs, SSCC labels and carrier labels for Australia Post eParcel, StarTrack, Toll, DHL, FedEx, Aramex and CouriersPlease.

Dangerous goods flags, lithium battery classes and food expiry (FEFO) are handled at item level. Partial shipments, split orders and backorders flow cleanly to your store and ERP. We design returns with RMAs, serial capture and reason codes so stock comes back into the right status. Monitoring covers queue health, failed consignments and late scans, with alerts your team can act on. No more spreadsheet acrobatics to keep orders moving.
