Every project needs a mix of images. We plan wide context, elevations, entries, interiors, joinery details, services, and night exteriors. Daytime sets show form and material. Twilight sets add warmth and linework. Inside we balance window views with clean interior light, remove colour casts, and keep verticals true.
People add scale when needed. We manage approvals, privacy, and model or property releases. If spaces are occupied, we work around operations and secure consent signage. Styling is light touch and practical. No staged gimmicks.
Delivery includes hero crops, technical documentation frames, and progress images if required. We align filenames and captions to your case study structure, and supply sizes for web, print, and submission portals.
Pre-Production Planning
Shot list from drawings and intent. Sun path and weather windows. Access, permits, inductions, and parking locked in before we roll up.
On-Site Capture
Full frame bodies with tilt shift lenses, colour targets, polarisers, and bracketing for dynamic range. Drone flights within CASA rules. Clean frames, straight lines.
Post Production and Delivery
Geometry and colour corrected. Distractions removed. WebP and print masters plus captions and metadata. Delivered to your DAM or CMS.
Single Homes, Multi-Res, and Interiors
Residential Architecture Photography
Residential work needs respect for people and finishes. We coordinate with owners or building managers, confirm strata approvals, and manage neighbour privacy. Floor protection, clean footwear, and a small crew reduce disruption.
We schedule around the best light. Front elevations at first light or late afternoon. Interiors during steady daylight, with a twilight window for exterior glow. We use tilt shift lenses to keep lines straight, a polariser to control reflections, and bracket exposures to hold views through glazing.
If aerials help context, we fly within CASA rules and local restrictions. No fly areas are checked in advance. Styling is simple and honest. We clear clutter, arrange key items, and avoid heavy props. Final sets include hero exteriors, main rooms, joinery details, and outdoor living.
Live Sites, Safety, and Technical Accuracy
Commercial and Industrial Photography
Commercial projects run on rules and timelines. We complete site inductions, follow WHS, and supply SWMS. PPE is standard. For heights we use EWP operators and spotters. We work within shutdown windows, isolations, and exclusion zones without slowing your team.
The brief often goes beyond hero shots. We document facade systems, plant rooms, switchboards, services runs, fire protection, accessibility features, and wayfinding. Clear labelling helps your bids and as-built records.
Lighting is managed to show texture and reduce glare in polished or painted surfaces. We keep public areas open and signposted when required. Aerials are flown by RePL pilots with current ReOC and insurance. Deliverables include hero sets for marketing and technical frames for submissions, O&M manuals, and awards.
