What we shoot and how we work
Typical briefs include shutdowns, upgrades, civil works, steel fabrication, plant installation, commissioning, interiors, handover, and team profiles. We plan shot lists, locations and timings around live operations and access windows. Pre-start covers SWMS, JSEA, inductions and permits. We attend toolbox talks and follow site rules.
On site, we use PPE, radios and spotters where needed. Crews hold White Cards, EWP and rail or port inductions when required. Drone work is under our CASA ReOC with RePL pilots. Fixed and solar time-lapse units capture long programs. We manage lighting, audio and interviews in noisy environments. Delivery is fast, with files structured for Procore, Aconex, SharePoint or a Lightcraft-hosted library.

SWMS, inductions, permits and insurance sorted in advance. CASA approvals for drones. White Cards and tickets held. We work to your site rules.

Evidence you can use across claims and updates
Progress, milestones and reporting
Progress coverage is scheduled to match hold points, pours, lifts and key dates. We capture wide context, mid shots and detail with scale references and signage where relevant. Every set is dated, zone-coded and mapped to drawings or WBS stages.
Filenames and IPTC fields carry project, location, stage and trade. We can geotag to grid coordinates. Delivery can mirror your folder structure or Procore submittals. Time-lapse sequences include timestamps and weather overlays when needed. The result is visual evidence that supports claims, QA, client updates and board packs without extra admin.
CASA compliant aerial capture with minimal disruption
Drones, elevated work and access
Aerial work follows CASA rules with site assessments, location approvals and NOTAM checks as required. Our ReOC and RePL pilots plan flight paths, hazards and exclusion zones with your safety team. We operate micro and sub-2 kg aircraft for tight sites, and larger platforms for endurance.
Where drones are not suitable, we use EWP, rooftops or rope-access partners. Spotters, radios and barricades keep operations clear of plant and people. Deliverables include high resolution stills, 4K video, orthomosaics and inspection sets. Night or dawn operations are available with a lighting plan and approvals. Public liability cover is in place.
