Built Around Real Workflows, Not Just Endpoints
We start with your operating model. Products, variants, BOMs, pricing tiers, tax rules, lead times, carriers, and approvals. Then we design a canonical data model and map each system to it. Conflicts, duplicates, and edge cases are handled up front, not after go-live.
Typical connections include NetSuite, SAP Business One, Pronto Xi, Dynamics 365 Business Central, Cin7, DEAR, Unleashed, Xero, MYOB, Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Klaviyo, and HubSpot. Retail EDI is supported via EDIFACT or X12 over AS2 or SFTP. Carriers include Australia Post, StarTrack, Toll, TNT FedEx, and DHL.
We use the right sync pattern for the job. Real-time via webhooks, near-real via queues, or scheduled batches for heavy updates. Idempotent operations, backoff with jitter, and dead-letter queues protect throughput when upstream services slow down.

Integration Architecture and Data Design
Data design drives cost. We build a canonical model for products, pricing, inventory, customers, and orders, then map each system to that source of truth. JSON Schema or TypeScript types define structure; validation catches bad payloads before they spread. Referential integrity, deduping, and conflict rules protect accuracy.
We combine real-time events for high-value actions with queued or batched updates for bulk changes. Think stock movements and order confirmations in real time, price lists and media in scheduled waves. Staging tables in Postgres and file drops in S3 handle heavy ETL. We account for GST, currencies, units of measure, serialised items, kits and BOMs, and time zones. The result is predictable sync, fewer surprises, and simpler maintenance.
Delivery, Testing, and Ongoing Support
Delivery starts with a flow map, field-level mappings, and failure modes. We build mocks and use provider sandboxes, then run contract tests, load tests, and smoke tests against staging. CI CD pipelines handle build, checks, and rollback. Blue-green or canary releases reduce risk on cutover.
Live systems are watched with logs, metrics, and traces using OpenTelemetry, CloudWatch, or Azure Monitor. Error tracking with Sentry, alerts to Slack or Teams, and clear runbooks keep response times short. Data is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.2 and above, and at rest with AES-256. We align with the Australian Privacy Principles, support AU data residency where required, and define backups and retention. Support is offered under defined SLAs with scheduled maintenance windows in AEST.
